A little about North Side Specialty Meats.
Who are we? we are a small butcher shop in Pottsville, Pa commited to passing on the freshest, best tasting products to our customers. Our homemade products made the old fashioned way. As a young man, I was fortunate enough to apprentice if you will well more like hang out with an older butcher. He was of Pennsylvania German heritage and a 4th generation butcher. Of the many things I have learned from this man was his commitment to preserving the old ways of butchering and not using preservatives. In todays fast paced assembly line, the meat industry has seemed to lost our way and most importantly lost the taste of the old ways of butchering. Sure our way takes more time and work but we feel it is well worth the effort. We specialize in delivering the taste and traditions of North Eastern Pennsylvania right to your door steps.

Monday: Closed
Tuesday through Friday: 9-5:30
Saturday: 9-4
Sunday: 9-2
